Although top level functional fitness athletes might make this look intimidating, when properly programmed it's a great training blueprint for everyday people. I work with individuals at all levels and I love seeing clients go beyond what they thought they were capable of. Functional fitness, specifically weightlifting, can be intimidating at first and I want to show you how anyone can do it! My personal fitness experience includes triathlon (running, swimming, cycling), CrossFit and obstacle course racing. I hold the following fitness certifications/certificates: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit L2 Trainer, CrossFit Gymnastics Trainer and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach.
